Duties: Plan, design, review and direct the development of civil engineering projects such as, bridge, street, roads and irrigation systems, drainage improvement, sewer and water construction, storm water management, park facilities, play courts, buildings, and other public works projects. Prepare computations, draft and design plans and specifications. Make recommendations for changes to plans and specifications. Identify required materials, evaluate costs and prepare estimates.
